Cake
Very easy and quick to prepare, but still very delicious chocolate cake. All lovers of chocolate cakes invited to tea!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Soda

    1.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

Mix all dry products

Beat eggs, then add the oil and whisk for a while.

Then add the milk and dry mixture, but not all at once, and in 2-3 hours, alternating with milk mixture, beating well each time. You should get a thick batter

Then pour a glass of boiling water and again whisk to form a uniform mass. Pour into the baking tray and into the oven for 25-30 min. at temp.180*C. be Guided by your oven, readiness check wooden skewer. If it's cut in half and soak cream will taste even better, just we have now very hot, the cream spoils quickly, did not want to, just sprinkled with powdered sugar - so delicious, too.
