Chocolate-pumpkin dessert
A truly unique dessert. First, it does not contain oil and flour. Secondly, it is prepared very simply and without much fuss (especially if you have prepared pumpkin puree). And thirdly, the taste is something amazing. Weightless, soft, melting in your mouth, light, a bit with a rich chocolate flavor, spicy notes and a very subtle pumpkin finish. This recipe I found called "pumpkin brownie", but, in my opinion, they are not quite similar, brownie still heavier, I'd take this dessert to the category of souffle. It blends perfectly with a Cup of coffee!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    125 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.17 tsp

You can get pumpkin puree in the jar, and you can make your own: bake the pumpkin in the oven or microwave until cooked and punching blender.

Mixer a bit to scramble the eggs.

Add pumpkin puree, liquid honey and melted chocolate (you can melt the chocolate in a small power in the microwave or in a water bath), cinnamon and ginger and whisk.

Pour into shape (I have a split form with a diameter of 12 cm, laid the parchment) and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. During baking the dough rises, but after cooling will fall down, it's okay.

Chilled dessert, refrigerate at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. When serving, you can pour melted chocolate.
