Salad Bombay
When the recipe for this salad caught my eye, I didn't even think to cook, but the fridge has a handful of yesterday's rice. To utilize it, prepared the salad. It came out very tasty, dieting interesting. Good post.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    40 g

  • Sweet pepper

    40 g

  • Figure

    20 g

  • Olive oil

    10 g

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Peppers and lettuce cut into strips.

Add boiled rice. I had cooked brown rice.

Salad season to taste with salt, plenty of pepper and season with vinegar and olive oil.
