The Chinese cabbage salad with calamari
The salad is very tasty, light and healthy!!!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    300 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Dill

    0.25 coup

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Garnet

The carcass of a squid to wash, remove the inside, cleaned films and remove cartilage plate. Lower the squid in boiling salted water and cook for 10 seconds ( not more!!! Otherwise they will become tough). Squid cut into thin strips.

Cucumber cut into thin long strips or grate on a grater for Korean carrot.

Tomatoes wash, dry, cut in half, remove pulp, and cut tomato into strips.

Leaves Chinese cabbage, wash and shred, add salt and mash with hands.

Dill wash, dry and chop.

Combine cabbage, squid, cucumber, tomatoes, dill and mix gently. Salad a little salt, drizzle with lemon juice, season with olive oil and stir again. Salad put in a salad bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds. Bon appetit!!!
