Dumplings with chicken liver
When you want something delicious and healthy, not fried. Soft potato-cheese dough, sweet fragrant filling. Try it! Everything is done quickly.

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    200 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken liver

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

Potatoes wash, peel, boil, smash into a puree with two tablespoons of vegetable oil and let cool. Mix in a bowl egg, cheese, and mashed potatoes. Add flour with 1/2 tsp salt and knead a soft dough. Formed the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and put them in the cold for 40 minutes.

The liver mince together with the onion, fry until it changes colour in vegetable oil, add salt and thyme, stir. Let cool and beat in the sour cream, taste for salt.

Roll the dough sausage, cut into pieces, roll out each piece into a small flapjack and put a spoonful of stuffing.

Boil in boiling salted water and served with fried in butter and onions or sour cream. Delicious!!!
