Chicken rolls with stuffing and rice
I bought in a cone molds for preparing cakes in the form of tubes with protein cream and was actually going to cook them, but then I came up with the idea to prepare such rolls, but with chicken... And it turned out I have a delicious dish. So, welcome to the table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

    20 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    50 ml

Cooking

In a saucepan pour water, add salt (1/2 tsp), put on fire and bring to a boil. Bags with amber rice put in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.

And while cooking the rice, prepare the chicken rolls. Chicken fillet wash, dry.

Cut each chicken fillet and beat them with a hammer.

Wipe the chicken with olive oil and salt (1/2 tsp). Next, using cups with straws and confectionery yarn, roll chicken in the tube.

Chicken rolls, roll in breadcrumbs and put into a form, greased with olive oil. Bake in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 25 minutes.

And while baked chicken rolls, prepare the filling for them. Dill and red pepper wash and finely chop.

Cheese mash with a fork.

Add to cheese dill, pepper and yogurt. Mix well. For the filling of tubes finished (as a filling you can use any other which you prefer).
