Chkmeruli
Chkmeruli (sometimes pronounced as Chkmeruli) Georgian dish, named according the name of the village Shkmeri that in the region of Racha — it is produced the famous wine Khvanchkara. The dish is very simple, very inexpensive, but what it is delicious. Fried chicken technology chicken tobacco (Tanaka), but the main chkmeruli, of course, the sauce in which, when the chicken is all eaten, dip pieces of pita, while the sauce will not end. While the sauce is still — almost impossible to stop.

Ingredients
