Boil the rice as written on the packaging, without salt
Onions finely cut and fry in olive oil
Combine the fried onion, minced meat, finely chopped greens, egg, cooked rice, pepper and a little salt. Do not forget that salty bacon and cheese too. Knead well our meat.
Roll the balls and make them cylinders
Each ball wrapped with bacon, held together with a toothpick
Fry the meatballs on both sides in olive oil and put into the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
