Recently gathered with her friends on girls ' night out, went to a new cafe-bar. In the menu, I saw a dish under the wonderful title "the cat in the bag". After talking to the Cook, I imagined that this dish and in the end do not regret that I ordered then that's it! But I decided not to stay and to cook this dish at home.

Meat to boil. While it is cooking, onions and mushrooms chop and fry in butter.

I fried the mushrooms and onions separately because not all of my family members eat onions fried or boiled.

Meat, onions and mushrooms mix. Roll the dough and cut into small squares. I got their 8 pieces. On each square put the stuffing, tie the corners in the form of a bag and spread on greased baking sheet. From top to anoint with egg and place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes - 30 until the dough is lightly browned.

When the bags are ready, serve with a side dish. On my side dish was cauliflower, boiled in salted water and fried with egg. Bon appetit!
