Winter so often I want stuffed peppers. But prices are very high. It's a simple zagotovok pepper. In the winter, just took out of the freezer our zagotovok, stuff, stew and our stuffed peppers ready. Cooking
We need sweet peppers medium size, it is desirable that the pods were smooth.
Pepper wash, remove seeds and stems. Scalded with boiling water to become a little softer, and dry.
