Cooking
Legs divide in half, remove optional excess fat, however the skin is not cut. In a bowl squeeze through the press garlic, add salt, olive oil, mustard, vinegar, seasoning, mix well. Lubricate the resulting marinade chicken legs and well-watered from the top, leave for 30 minutes or more to marinate.
Potatoes cut into thin slices, drizzle with a little olive oil and salt, mix well.
