Celery marinated
If, some time ago, I was told that I would be able to eat as much celery, I would not have believed that person! But I did not know that it is possible to make it so! The celery turned out spicy, spicy, garlicky, crispy and very tasty! And cooked very easy!

Ingredients

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    270 g

  • Lemon juice

    60 ml

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Star anise

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.333 tsp

Cooking

1) Celery and cut into small pieces.

2) Three on a fine grater garlic (or through a press), finely chop the greens (I have frozen). Add salt, pepper, breaks the star anise. There also send the sesame seeds, I forgot to do, so added later.

3) In a separate container mix the lemon juice and honey, heat in microwave to dissolve honey. Add the olive oil.

4) Fill the celery with spices, stir. Put in a container with a lid.

5) Leave for 5 hours, to marinate at room temperature, shaking occasionally. Then put into the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight. Store in the refrigerator.
