This recipe is on the site. But first, without step-by-step photos, and secondly, in the cooking process I made adjustments. So I decided that it's worth to share the recipe, to someone it will definitely be useful. The original idea of the recipe taken from the magazine "Delicious and easy", I quote the recipe in my edition.

Cooking
The drumsticks and thighs to wash, dry, RUB with salt and pepper (I used a mixture of peppers).
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Finely chopped onion, green onions and parsley cut.
Combine rice with parsley, thyme, onions, garlic.

On top lay the fried chicken pieces and pour the broth. If necessary, season with salt. Put in the oven for 1 hour (temperature 200 degrees).
