Salad with zucchini and rice
Let me offer You a recipe very tasty salad. You can preserve for the winter, and to cook and eat right now.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

Prepared products: wash, peel. Peeled zucchini cut into small pieces.

All the vegetables (zucchini, carrots, onions, tomatoes) to put in a large container (at least 5 liters), add salt, sugar, vegetable oil, stir and put on fire.

Put on to cook, closing the lid. After boiling, simmer for about 30 minutes on low heat, stirring with a spatula.

After 30 minutes add the rice, stir and cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until the rice is tender.

When the rice is ready, add the garlic (through garlic press) and vinegar.

Mix well. The hot mass spread out in sterile jars and roll. Flip it to cool down. It turns out approximately 4.5 – 5 litres. Bon appetit!
