Description

Pickled cucumbers with cranberry
Dear poweracoustik, I want to introduce to you a few recipes (though not all at once). But just want to warn you that they are experimental, i.e., with these recipes I'm doing for the first time. I found them in the book "School of Gastronome" and "Collection KP. Cucumbers. ". Many cooks know that I love all sorts of such interesting recipes and love and not afraid to experiment. But for experiments I'm taking a small number of products (e.g. cucumbers only 1, max 2 kg). I adhere to the principle - who does not risk does not drink champagne. Of course, you could wait for the fall or winter, to open and Shine, to try, but... what are the harvesting of cucumbers in the winter, the season is starting now.

step-1
The amount of water you need to measure, I usually pour water in the cans liter mug and think how much water you need. Because we have the recipe salt, sugar and vinegar is based on 1 LITER of WATER!!! Bring the water to a boil and pour cucumbers in a jar and leave for 5-10 minutes. Then pour in a saucepan, bring again to a boil and pour cucumbers, leave for 5-10 minutes.
step-2
Merge a second time, then only we begin to prepare the marinade. In that water add salt, sugar and recipe, vinegar. But I vinegar never boil. So I the amount of vinegar that you want, just equally add banks. We bring our marinade to a boil and...
step-3
Fill the cucumbers, that is the last 3 times, tightly roll up covers, turn it to cool down.
step-4
These are the pickles turned out. About their experiences (and possible changes and additions) I'll write when the Bank is open.
