Potato side dish Swiss
I was surprised to the core when moved to live in Switzerland, and understood that childhood was eating Rosti... actually this is a basic recipe for grilling potatoes, which then is transformed!!! On top of Rosti put ham and eggs, cheese and smoked fish, vegetables and herbs... the mass of Options! Here's a basic potato tortilla-valiski! It is a mountainous part of Switzerland, the well-known Matterhorn and a huge number of options Rosti!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    5 Tbsp

The basic recipe Rosti primitive! You must boil the potatoes until soft and cool.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and put in a pan, previously greased with vegetable oil.

Cover with a lid. After 10 minutes, a piece of butter to hold on the edge of a hot frying pan to glass butter down and again cover lid.
