Instructed me to make sandwiches with salted salmon (going on nature). Pink salmon, I decided to pickle itself. Bought in the nearest fish store, and it was much too frozen and did not want to cut the beautiful pieces...

Where we did not disappear?! Will do so... the salmon Fillet cut into small pieces.
Grind in a blender (it's OK if the salmon will not be completely thawed).
Add salt, sugar, vegetable oil, lemon juice.
Mix thoroughly. And leave in the fridge for a day.
Pieces of black and white bread can be cut into hearts, and festive Christmas table in the form of a Christmas tree.
Spread "Gorbushina" a lot of bread (who loves, you can first bread spread with a thin layer of butter), garnish with greens and green olives.
Pack in foil and we go to visit or go camping. These sandwiches "fly" in the first minute. Bon appetit!
