Cooking
Potatoes peel and cut into thin slices, dry and put into a form, lubricated with oil.
Fish fillet cut into strips and spread on the potatoes close to each other.
Finely chop the onion and spread on the fish evenly. Season with salt and pepper. You can pour on top a bit more flour.
Whip the cream with the eggs. Pour the casserole and put in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Then remove it from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and let stand for another in the oven, until cheese is browned. The baking temperature of 250 degrees. Bon appetit!!!
