Baked cabbage burgers
These cutlets is just a lifesaver for me. Fast, simple, useful! Nothing fried, and baked. My kids just love them, especially with sour cream!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Cabbage finely shinkuem.

Stew with butter and water for about 15 minutes.

Add the oats, salt.

Add milk and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Cool! Add eggs, stir.

Put in molds.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

Serve with sour cream! From this quantity of products obtained 6 meatballs.
