Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

Cooking

Mix the flour with the softened butter. Add 2 egg yolks and spoon of salt.

Roll out the dough with a thin layer of about 1 mm and Cut in sticks.

Lay them on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Lubricate the cookies with egg yolk and sprinkle with cumin.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12-17 minutes until a yellowish-brown color.
