Ingredients

  • Beans

    1.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Butter

    1 cup

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

We need beans company Mistral. Pre-soak the beans overnight. Boil (beans do not add salt!)

Peel the carrot, grate on a grater for Korean carrot. Onion cut into half rings. Garlic 1 clove, cut into thin slices Sesame seeds fry until Golden brown in a dry pan. The marinade from the mushrooms to drain.

Fry the garlic, cut slices, until slightly Golden, add the onion. Reduce the heat to low, let it sit a couple of minutes.

Mix in large bowl the beans, mushrooms, onions, garlic, sesame seeds.

Mix black pepper 1 tsp. chilli pepper 1 tsp, paprika 2 tsp, coriander powder 3 teaspoon, Korean salt (I have regular) 1 tsp, garlic 2 tooth. pass through the press, hot pepper grind. In hot oil add all the spices, mix well. Pour all products in a bowl. Add vinegar. Mix well. PS:this seasoning can be done in advance. (Vinegar is not add!!!)Pour into a jar and store in the fridge.
