Apples Mann souffle

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Raisins

    70 g

  • Semolina

    70 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Butter

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Washed, dried apples lubricates melted butter and dip them in sugar, put in a baking dish and send in a preheated 170 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Prepare a soufflé. Boil the milk, add sugar (60 g), semolina, raisins. Cook, stirring, 3 minutes.

Then pour into a large bowl.

The yolks separated from the whites.

Enter the yolks into the semolina mixture.

Proteins whisk with the remaining sugar and lemon juice in a solid foam. First added to the mixture 1/3 of the beaten egg whites and stir. Then the remaining egg whites, stir gently.
