Spicy mushroom soup
The unusual recipe of mushroom soup. For fans of new and interesting flavors! The soup turns out rich and hearty, adding pepper and a given amount of spices, moderately spicy!

  • Garlic

Dried mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for 1 hour. Then wash and cut into strips.

Prepare sauté: mushrooms, onions, and carrots into small cubes and fry with 2 tbsp oil, until Golden brown.

Potatoes cut into arbitrary slices and send to the broth when the potatoes will be ready to mash these slightly with a potato masher to puree directly in the pot. Then add the potatoes and sauté dried mushrooms, cook for 20-30 minutes.

Chop the herbs, garlic, bell pepper and chili pepper cut into small cubes, add to the pot 2 minutes before end of cooking. Salt and pepper to taste.
