Cooking
To prepare the necessary ingredients, it's always easier to start cooking any recipe.
Sift flour and mix with oat flakes (or you can use a mixture of flakes) and salt.
Melt the butter to a liquid consistency (or just very soft), pour in the flour mixture, add egg yolk and knead the dough, gently, slowly, fluid will be enough for kneading.
Last add cheese, grated on a fine grater, knead thoroughly.
Cover and leave the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Remove dough from refrigerator and roll it out (very easy to do, once on the baking sheet), roll out not very thin.
Cut into slices. Of course, you can just make cookies, but then it's not so interesting.
Any cap to put holes in the "cheese" (from the remnants can create a pair of cookies).
Sprinkle paprika powder (if desired, you can skip this step).
Bake at an average temperature of 170-180 degrees for about 10 minutes (until it will turn brown). Very tasty, fragrant biscuits with cheese-oat flavor and creamy flavor. Bon appetit!!!
