Salted caramel sauce
The tastiest of those that I tried! Its salty - creamy caramel taste will not leave indifferent. Served Grengam, porridge, ice cream, cheesecakes and casseroles with cheese. Sooo delicious!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Butter cut into small pieces, put in a saucepan with a thick bottom and pour honey. Put on a slow fire

Once the butter has melted, add the sugar and stir bring to the boil. Cook 8 minutes, stirring all the time, the mass will foam.

Add the hot cream (be very careful, the mixture squirts!!! ) and salt. Vigorously stir until smooth.

Pour the sauce in jars, waiting to cool, cover with lids, stored in the refrigerator.
