Brisket baked
One of the options of cooking. The brisket and homemade vodka, what could be better.

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    2 kg

  • Salt

  • Gelatin

    30 g

Here are the products that we need. With brisket I removed the skin and cut the ribs.

Spice mix with salt. I have spices from the market, some with sesame seeds, others with garlic.

A mixture of salt and spices, RUB layer.

On top sprinkle with dry gelatin.

Pieces to stack on one another.

Tie a strong thread.

Leave in a cool place for 2-3 hours, at night.

Wrap the brisket in foil.

Put in the preheated oven for an hour.

When the bacon is ready, put it under load to lay flat to better pressed, until cool. In the winter I stand on the balcony for a day. When cool, refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
