Casserole of pita bread and cottage cheese
The recipe for this casserole, I heard a cooking program from Clara Novikova. I like it (casserole )liked and I decided to cook it. And, to be honest, I wasn't disappointed. We ate the pie with great pleasure. The casserole can be eaten as a separate dish, and with the first, instead of bread.

Ingredients

  • Greens

First, we prepare our filling. To do this, mix eggs, yogurt and sour cream. Salt and pepper are added to taste. I was making a casserole in a glass pan for the microwave with a volume of 1.5 liters, and this fills me just enough. All other products are placed "by eye".

Form for baking grease with oil (I used butter). Lay out a sheet of lavash so as to form bumpers. On top of pita bread, RUB (or cut) the butter.

Then spread over the entire surface of the curd (the number of same - at will, as they say: porridge butter will not spoil). Importantly, the cheese was not very wet.

The cheese spread chopped greens. And pour our filling generously. Then again spread a layer of pita bread, but without the sides, cover only the stuffing. Even if the pita bread you'll break, the terrible nothing). Layer cheese, herbs and fill (a bit of casting left to top).

After that, the edges are folded inside and cover with another layer of pita bread. Top generously grate cheese and pour the remaining filling on top of cheese.

Bake in the oven at 150-180 t* 20 minutes, maybe 30, but not more.
