Crispy eggplants
Quick, no hassle and a very tasty dish. Balaganchik fried in a crispy breading. Suitable as a separate dish in the form of snacks, but you can garnish to fish or meat. I do not particularly like eggplant, but even I liked it.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    1 cup

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Eggplant wash, cut into slices, add salt and let stand 30 minutes to left bitterness.

To prepare the breading. Beat eggs (enough and 2 eggs, I whipped left), and photos were done before. In a separate bowl mix the breadcrumbs and spices. I used a mixture of herbs for Italian dishes. If separately, perfect dry rosemary, thyme, oregano, and thyme – all within reasonable limits. Spices are fragrant and you put a lot of them don't.

Rings of eggplant dry on a paper towel, pepper (optional), dipping first in beaten eggs, then breaded with bread mixture. Fry the eggplant until Golden brown on each side.

In fact, the dish is ready. But I want to make it even tastier. Fried onion rings put in a baking dish or in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven to melt cheese.

Serve hot. You can sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
