Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1200 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Tabasco

    1 tsp

  • Pepper

    150 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Ginger

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cilantro

    2 Tbsp

Chicken to split on the belly side (I prepared white meat, but it's optional), salt and pepper, set them aside and prepare marinade.

In the bowl of a blender (if not, then skip all through a meat grinder) and place pieces of red pepper, ginger, garlic, cilantro, and punching all of the mode pulse. Add the mustard, Tabasco, soy sauce, ketchup and lemon and punching all together.

Cover with marinade the whole chicken and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight. To get the chicken from the refrigerator an hour before baking and allow to warm at room temperature. Place in a ovenproof form, greased with butter, and cover tightly with foil. Bake in pre-heated to 190*C oven for 30 minutes...

... remove foil, brush chicken with the separated juice and bake under the grill for 10 more minutes until Golden brown. Be guided by your oven! Serve with your favourite side dish and vegetables.
