Description
Original holiday hot dish in which to get along good and flavorful piece of meat, a delicate mushroom pate and crispy batter, a dish for real men. In the classic version used beef sirloin, but I've had a rehearsal before the New year, and in the fridge there was only a piece of pork. Turned out very juicy, tender and delicious hot meal! Husband appreciated and endorsed as a hot dish on our Christmas table.
