Chicken broth with some matzo ball
Today we will prepare a traditional Easter dish (Passover-Pesach).

Ingredients

  • Matzah

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Water

    6 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Beat eggs in a bowl.

Add cold water, measuring the halves of the shell from the eggs.

Add the vegetable oil, measuring the halves of the shell from the eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.

Mazova flour is sold ready to use. But you can grind matzo, scrolling through a meat grinder. Add to the mixture gradually, stirring constantly. The mixture should be soft.

Wet hands to form balls the size of a walnut. Bring to boil a large pot with water, add salt. Gently put in water some matzo ball. After surfacing, cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Ready some matzo ball remove with a slotted spoon from the water and put in a flat container.

Separately, boil chicken clear broth. Serve hot with broth 3-4 pieces per serving. Bon appetit!!!
