Tilapia in Arabic in pita bread with red beans and Basil. Two years ago I was on vacation in Egypt, and one of the owners of a small shop in our hotel gave me an original and delicious dish, which is prepared by his wife from a beloved husband. Then I was very surprised by the taste and remember the combination of legumes and fish, liked it very much, but I decided to repeat it only because of the competition from "Mistral&a mp;quot;

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Pita

    3 piece

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Walnuts

    70 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Lettuce

    6 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

Cooking

The beans soak in advance, you can leave overnight, boil until soft

Fish cut into cubes, marinated in spices

Fish dip them in flour and fry in vegetable oil on medium heat until Golden brown
