Simple, tasty, easy, great... but just try it!!! For all lovers of pineapples and simple desserts!!! So come get some!!!

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 pack

  • Pineapple

    27 piece

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Condensed milk

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

Cooking

In a pot pour kefir, add sour cream, beat egg and pour condensed milk. Beat the mixture with a mixer for a few minutes.

Cut the pita bread into 4 pieces. 1 part down the size of the form + a side. 2 medium parts + middle top.

Spread baking dish with butter. Put a large sheet of lavash in the fill and soak it. Put on the bottom of the form. On pita bread put the slices of pineapple and fill the middle gaps and cranberries. Top slightly watered fill.

Dipping to fill the next sheet of lavash. To spread it on the pineapple. To include a warming oven 180*. If the pita will be a little break, don't worry, after baking everything will be fine!!!

Repeat the procedure with the pineapple and cranberries.

Do the same to another layer. On top lay the last sheet of lavash and fold the edges of the first sheet to the center. Pour the remaining filling on the cake. Sprinkle with cane sugar.

Put the pie in the oven for about 40 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!! The cake is ready!!!

Take out the pie from the oven. Allow to cool a little in shape. Then easily overturn.
