Quick meatloaf
Crispy pita bread with meat and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    2 piece

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Black pepper

    3 piece

  • Spices

Cooking

Take the minced meat. Mix with egg, garlic and spices.

Fry the onion and the pepper half rings.

On lavashnaya sheets spread the stuffing on top of the peppers with onions, a little butter in small pieces for juiciness.

Wrap the rolls.

They wrap it up with foil.

Bake 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Open top of foil. Bake for 10 more minutes. It turns out as puffs with meat, just much less fuss!
