Balkan vegetable lasagna
Very tasty casserole Bulgarian cuisine, hearty and flavorful. Thanks for the recipe Alex Barbour.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Paprika sweet

  • Savory

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Pepper bake in the oven or on the grill.

Zucchini cut into plates. Vegetable oil just to prisolit and roll the zucchini in the oil. Sauté the zucchini lightly grilled or pan-fried.

Pepper remove skin and cut into strips.

On the bottom of the form to lay zucchini, and sprinkle with crumbled cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and savory.
