Boil all the vegetables.

Cabbage disassemble on inflorescences (leave couple for decoration), large vegetables cut into small pieces, salt and pepper to taste. Then pour half of the broth in which cooked our vegetables

Using a blender turn the vegetables into a puree, add the remaining broth (a thick soup and adjust to your taste). Serve the soup can with croutons, sour cream. You can also add in a plate of soup, a bit of mustard gives a spicy taste, but this is optional.
