Cooking
Potatoes rinse and boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and peel. Garlic peel, peppers remove seeds. The pepper and garlic, slice thinly!
In a large skillet, heat olive and butter, fry in it the garlic. Add the potatoes and, stirring occasionally, fry on all sides on medium heat until Golden brown.
Mix in the bell pepper, season the potatoes with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the juice of a lemon (or lime) and sugar. Pour over the potatoes. Put it on plates, garnish with herbs and serve! Bon appetit!!!
