Salad with grilled salmon
This salad from the chef of the restaurant "Cruise" on the banks of Amur Bay. A delicious combination of juicy grilled salmon with avocado, citrus and spicy dressing. This salad will certainly appeal to your guests at a new year's feast.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Avocado

    0.5 piece

  • Grapefruit

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Lettuce

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Take the salmon, I have coho salmon, remove bones and skin. Fillet cut into cubes.

For the marinade take soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers.

Take half of the marinade, and fill them with salmon, set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.

While salmon is marinating, fileroom grapefruit.

Avocado peel, cut cubes.

Marinated salmon fry on the grill pan for 2 minutes on each side.

On a plate put the salad leaves, I freeze.

On top of the salad, put the warm grilled salmon.

Put on top of the avocado.

Next, put the grapefruit.

In the remaining dressing add the mustard, stir.

Pour dressing salad. Decorate with greens (I have curly parsley). Bon appetit!
