This recipe is found in the "School of Gastronome", made and the salad exceeded my expectations!
Ingredients

Radishes

Cucumber

Chicken egg

Green peas

Sour cream

Mayonnaise

Salt
Cooking
Cut into julienne cucumbers,
add the peas,
cut the radish and egg.
Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, add to the salad and stir.
