Cottage cheese-yogurt blueberry cake... help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Curd

    600 g

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Gelatin

    4 tsp

  • Blueberries

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    400 g

  • Biscuit

    1 piece

Cottage cheese whipped with yogurt until smooth.

Blueberries wash, sort, grind into a puree. Wipe puree through a sieve.

Soak gelatine in a little water. Cream heat, add gelatin and stir until dissolved. 2/3 of cream with gelatin into the cottage cheese and 1/3 in the blueberry puree.

Put on the cake first, cottage cheese mixture, then the blueberry puree. Stir the top layer in a circular motion so that the surface was "marble" pattern. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured-I was night.

Before serving, decorate the cake with berries.(I forgot to put berries :-[ )
