Very good salad for my beer!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    5 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Greens

Cut potatoes into slices 1 cm thick, onion — rings. Trout fillet cut into slices. Prepared products put layers in a salad bowl. Season the vegetable oil mixed with vinegar and mustard. Arrange greens.
