Cooking
Dried mushrooms pour boiling water and leave overnight.
Boil the mushrooms in plenty of water. Water to keep the sauce! Cut mushrooms.
Fry flour, stirring constantly.
Gradually add the mushroom water, intensively stirred the sauce. The amount of water will depend on the thickness of the sauce (to your taste), so I give this "gap" in 200-400 ml.
