Cooking
I apologize in advance for poor quality photos =). So, melt margarine =). Whisk the egg with sugar and a pinch of salt =).
Add sour cream and soda (0.5 teaspoon), slaked vinegar, mix well =)).
In our mixture add melted margarine, only margarine should not be hot =).
Add the flour =). In the original it was stated flour 3 cups (200 grams), I have a 150 gram glass and it took me 5 cups, the dough should approximately 600-750 grams of flour, more depending on the grade =).
Mix well with a spoon and then knead the dough with your hands. The dough turns out very tender, soft, which is as much a pleasure to knead =))). Not tight to the hands of the stick shall not =). Divide the dough into 6 pieces =).
Each part roll out in a circle shape (I managed a semblance of a circle) and cut into 8 triangles. Spread on each triangle condensed milk and, optionally, hard =).
Twirl the bagel, only good semipelite edges of the condensed milk did not run away =). Get us these cookies, bagels, dip them in sugar (I decided to diversify and dipped in cinnamon, but not so it looks nice, with the beautiful sugar) and spread on a baking tray lined with parchment. The parchment preferably a little butter, I just wasn't lubricated and they have me a bit stuck = (.
Send our cookies in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes =)). Although, it is already see for yourself on the oven =). Cookies should be slightly browned =). Here such happened to me (breakdown) =)). And I like that a lot of the time they don't take =)). It took me 1 hour =))). Bon appetit! =))
