Jam on first sight rather strange and unexpected composition. But in fact it was very pleasant. Taste rather sweet but with a sour aftertaste. Aroma - a mixture of banana and chocolate. Very good jam, it is suitable for baking. It can be spread on sandwiches, but not immediately after cooking - it is better to give him a day or two to infuse.
