Lentil soup
Delicious, fragrant soup that will suit both for children and for adults, especially for those who want to lose weight quickly without harm to health!!!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Oregano

  • A bouillon cube

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Black pepper

Lentils rinse well with warm water.

Carrots and garlic clean. Carrots cut into cubes, chop the garlic.

Place all ingredients, except vinegar, salt and pepper in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to the boil, simmer for 50 minutes on medium heat until done, stirring occasionally.

Remove Bay leaf, add vinegar, salt, pepper. If the soup is too thick, add water. Decorate the soup with greens. Bon appetit!!!
