beat the whites with 30 g of sugar and salt
take parchment paper, draw on it a circle
on a circle to spread the batter, spread and bake thin biscuits, the more the better - I have 7 cakes
for the cream melt in a water bath chocolate, cool
dissolve coffee in 50ml of hot water, too cool
beat the cooled chocolate with the butter, gradually adding icing sugar and coffee
