Cake Apple lemon
Offer you a recipe for delicious, tender cake. Preparing it is quite simple. And the result will not disappoint. I got this recipe from my mom. I remember this cake from my childhood.

Then add soda, slaked vinegar (you can substitute baking powder) and flour. Knead the dough. Need so much flour that the dough was soft, elastic, lagged behind the hands, rolled out. Leave the dough on the table for about 30 minutes (to cover something).

Then take and divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out the dough directly on the baking sheet (thinner), oiled. Bake in turn 4 of the same cake.

I usually leave for the night. And on top of the cake put a plate and put it on not much weight (so quickly saturated).
