Easter cheese
Before it was hard to imagine a holiday table in an Orthodox family, without cheese Easter, often of several types. So I made two versions of Easter, I present to you the second recipe in which I cooked.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 g

Cooking

Curd RUB through a sieve and RUB with butter, or use a blender.

Blend sour cream.

To the cheese-butter mixture, add sour cream and mix well with spatula (spoon).

Add sugar and vanilla, stir.

Add grated chocolate, mix well.

To shift the resulting mass in a form, lined with thin cloth.

The ends of the napkin folded on top of supply press. A form, be sure to place on a platter, because it will stand out serum. Put into the refrigerator at least 12 hours.
