Cooking
In a cauldron or a deep frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil, properly heated and spread, big pieces of meat. Watered it with soy sauce and fry on all sides.
When the meat is browned, add roughly chopped onions and diced carrots. Fry until soft carrots.
When the carrots have become soft, add the tomato and fill with water (so that water doesn't completely cover the meat). Add salt, black and red pepper, Khmeli-suneli. The amount of pepper and eyeglasses I pointed out rough, but I warn you once - I make a soup very spicy, so I recommend first lightly prisolit and spiced with, and then at the end of cooking, if needed, add more salt and pepper according to your taste. Simmer it all on high heat for 20 minutes.
Potatoes cut into cubes and added to our meat. Pour approximately 2 litres of water (I make very thick, you may wish to add more water), bring to a boil and add rice. Cook until the rice is tender. 5 minutes before ready add passed through the frog garlic, and, if necessary, salt and pepper.
Everything is ready. Serve, sprinkled with finely chopped cilantro or parsley.
