Jam barberry
Sour-sweet thick jam barberry, fragrant and very useful.

Ingredients

  • Barberry

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    3 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

Barberry to sort, wash.

Place in a suitable container, cover with water, bring to a boil.

After boiling, add sugar, stir. Bring to boil, cook for 1-2 min. turn Off, leave to cool for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.

Again bring to a boil, boil for 1-2 minutes, leave to cool. After 2-3 hours again to finish to boiling, to spread out on clean, dry jars, close with lids. From this amount of ingredients is obtained 2 small jars (300 ml). The berries remain intact, with a pronounced taste and aroma.
